An herbal tea, or tisane, is an herbal infusion made from anything other than the leaves of the tea bush (Camellia sinensis).
Rooibos, pronounced ROY-bos, is also known as red tea, or bush tea and is from South Africa.
Rooibos has high levels of antioxidants and no caffeine.
Honeybush grows only in small areas in the southwest and southeast of South Africa and has many similarities with rooibos, except is a little sweeter.
