Black tea is a variety of tea that is more oxidized than the green, oolong and white varieties and is generally stronger in flavor.  Black tea is derived from tea leaves that have been withered, rolled, oxidized and fired.
Oolong Tea is derived from leaves that have been withered, rolled, semi-fermented and fired with varying flavor profiles.  The taste can range from sweet and fruity to woody and roasted to green and fresh.
